"Shevchuk is a top coach. I can say the same about Rotan," - Cork City's Ukrainian international

Cork City's Ukrainian midfielder Andriy Kravchuk has praised the coaching potential of Vyacheslav Shevchuk and Ruslan Rotan, under whom he played at Olimpik Donetsk.

Andriy Kravchuk

"In the UPL I made my debut under Vyacheslav Shevchuk. For me, he is a top coach. Under him, "Olympique" did not show the result, but I liked the training process very much. Vyacheslav Shevchuk was very demanding, but human and I wanted to fight for him on the pitch. He lived football.

The same can be said about Rotan, who was Shevchuk's assistant.

Then the team was headed by Vicente Gomez. He was great to work with! I consider him one of the best coaches of my career. At first he and I had mini-conflicts, we are both fiery guys, but then Vicente gave me a chance and it worked. He found an approach to me and helped me a lot. The Spaniard explained to each player his functional duties. Under him Olympique tried to play combinational football.

An example of a conflict with Vicente? There was one case at the training session. I saw the situation differently on the tactical reorganisation and stood my ground without listening to Vicente. He was furious that a 19-year-old was pointing him out. Some time passed, I came from the youth national team and after some successful game on his scheme, which I protested against at the time, Vicente came to me and said: "Well, what do you want to tell me now?". We laughed and the conflict was settled. Vicente always had a positive attitude. I believe that he could have given more to Olympique, but he left the team early," Ukrainian Football quotes Kravchuk as saying.

Ротань до Динамо был одним из лучших в стране.
Его загнали и он не потянул , но вот *пристрелить* забыли , отправили домой на ранчо
