According to Sport.ua, Minai are going to strengthen their ranks with 23-year-old defender Oleksandr Melnyk for the clash with Shakhtar in the Ukrainian league.
Last season he already played for Minai on loan, then returned to Oleksandriya, with which he had a valid contract. But on 24 August, Melnyk terminated his cooperation with Oleksandriya and has been training under Vladimir Sharan for two days.
In the coming days, the Citizens plan to add the pupil of Dynamo Kyiv, and then he will be able to take the field in the match with Shakhtar.
The authoritative portal Transfermarkt estimates Melnyk at €300,000.
