Mikel Arteta: "I told Havertz that it was hard at first. It was hard for me to win over my wife too"

Arsenal head coach Mikel Arteta spoke about his conversation with forward Kai Havertz, who has yet to prove himself in the new team.

"I said to Havertz: "It's hard at first. When I met my wife, it was hard to win her over at first. It was hard, I had to try and send her messages and go and go. And then she said: 'Yes, we can be together'. It's beautiful," Arteta was quoted as saying by EPLBible.
