Ihor Surkis on the transfer of Sydorchuk: "I could not refuse a man who had served the team faithfully for ten years"

Dynamo president Ihor Surkis has commented on the transfer of the team's midfielder Serhiy Sydorchuk to Belgian side Westerlo.

"Dynamo will not earn a lot of money on this transfer. But it's not about the player's value, it's about the fact that I couldn't refuse a man who has served the team faithfully for ten years and was its captain. Serhiy has earned the right to try his hand at European football. And we have raised his replacement - there is a young Brazhko, more experienced Andrievsky and Shepelev. All parties will be satisfied," Surkis said in a comment to the TaToTake telegram channel.
