Mykhailo Kopolovets, a former footballer of Lviv's Karpaty, has been offered a job at the Lviv club, where he will now work in the scouting department.
- "Returning to Lviv is a special moment. I am sincerely happy to be part of Karpaty and to be able to work alongside Myron Markevych. I used to know him as a great coach, and now I have discovered him as a great person. This is a real jackpot for me. I would also like to mention the wonderful team, which is like a family - the coaches and staff have welcomed me very warmly.
I've been playing football for many years, so I have a lot of knowledge and experience. However, during the short period of communication with the Karpaty coaching staff, I have already learnt a lot. I like to learn, I am ready for hard work. Watching a lot of matches, travelling and systematic analysis - all this is ahead. I want Karpaty to play in the Premier League, and for this the team needs strong and high-quality players. We have a good team now, so everything should go well.
I have my own vision and understanding of which players should represent Karpaty. Intelligence, character, uncompromising attitude and a desire to fight for the green and white colours and the Carpathian fans are the key things," said Kopolovets.
