Now former Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Denys Garmash played his first match for his new club - Croatian Osijek yesterday.
The 33-year-old footballer came on as a substitute in the 58th minute of Osijek's sparring session with Hungarian Puskás Academy (1:1).
Garmash failed to score in his debut match for the Croatian club, but he saved his team from a goal, when after a corner kick he knocked the ball off the goal line with a drop kick over himself.
Garmash moved to Osijek last week as a free agent, signing a one-year contract with the club with an option to extend the agreement for the same period.
