Italy head coach Luciano Spalletti has spoken to the media ahead of tomorrow's Euro 2024 qualifying match against Ukraine.
- We are now in a situation that is easy to cope with: we must win all the remaining matches. We cannot play for a draw. We have to enjoy the game. We should find a solution to the equation where there is pleasure and result. We should work hard. We want to win by showing good football, which we failed to do in Skopje against North Macedonia.
Ukraine national team? It is a more organised team than the Macedonians. The Ukrainians have a clear idea of what the positions should be in possession of the ball. I think they will try to build their actions on quick counterattacks. Just look at the goal they scored in England. We have to keep the ball to open a narrow door in their defence," Spalletti said.
