The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court on Wednesday, 13 September, elected a measure of restraint for the owner of Chernomorets, Aleks Borukhovich (formerly Oleksandr Hranovskyy), in the form of detention with the alternative - bail of UAH 120.8m, Liga.net reported citing the press service of the Specialised Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
Borukhovich was arrested on suspicion of embezzlement of property of the international airport "Odessa".
His business partner and co-owner of Chernomorets, Borys Kaufman, was granted a similar preventive measure with a bail of 268m hryvnyas last week.
