Despite numerous yellow cards and substitutions, neither team was able to achieve a breakthrough. The final whistle sounded and the match ended in a draw. The fans may have left the Stade Orange Velodrome without seeing their team win, but they witnessed a hard fought battle between two determined teams. Both Marseille and Toulouse can take heart from their efforts and approach their next matches with renewed determination.
