The project "Golden Talent" has compiled a fresh rating of young Ukrainian footballers under 21 years of age based on the results of a survey of more than 100 experts (each of them named their top three candidates).

The best Ukrainian footballer of the age category U-21 in August 2023 became the defender of English "Bournemouth" Ilya Zabarnyy. According to the results of the poll, he scored 184 points. This allowed Zabarny ahead of his closest pursuers - Vladyslav Vanat and Nazar Voloshyn from Dynamo Kyiv, who scored 149 and 72 points respectively.
