Lamela. Despite the fact that Las Palmas fought until the final whistle, they failed to equalise and the match ended 1-0 in favour of Sevilla. The home side celebrated a hard fought victory, while Las Palmas were left to reflect on their missed opportunities. This result will certainly strengthen Sevilla's position in La Liga, solidifying their position in the standings.
