Porto winger Galeno was named the best player of the first round of the Champions League group stage.
According to UEFA's official website, the Brazilian was ahead of João Feliz (Barcelona), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid) and Martin Edegor (Arsenal) in the voting.
Galeno helped Porto to a 3-1 away victory over Shakhtar Donetsk, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
