Former Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea may call it quits if he does not receive an offer from a professional club.
De Gea has been without a club since the end of June, when his deal with the Red Devils expired. According to The Guardian, since then, de Gea has turned down a number of clubs, including those from Saudi Arabia. Money is not a decisive factor for the Spaniard, who was earning £375,000 a week at Old Trafford.
De Gea continues to keep fit on an individual basis and still hopes to find a new club. The goalkeeper, who will turn 33 in November, also does not rule out the option of retirement.
