Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) scored an emphatic 4-0 victory over Marseille in a recent Ligue 1 match. In the match played at the Parc de Prance stadium, PSG established their dominance from the first minutes, making the score 2-0 at half-time and increased their lead in the second half. PSG took the lead in the 8th minute when A. Hakimi put his team ahead with a shot from the penalty spot. In the 32nd minute PSG made their first substitution: K. Mbappe replaced G. Ramos.
This change did not prevent PSG from continuing to attack and create opportunities. Just five minutes later, in the 37th minute, PSG increased their lead by scoring a goal against R. Kolo Mouani, and Marseille had a tough battle ahead of them. At the start of the second half, Marseille made two substitutions: A. Unai and Vitinho were replaced by A. Harit and I. Ndiaye. However, this did little to change the course of the match, PSG continued to dominate. In the 47th minute, PSG actually put an end to the match with Marseille, scoring a goal by G. Ramos. This goal demonstrated PSG's ability to score from different positions, with the defenders also contributing to the attack. During the second half, PSG made three more substitutions, replacing L. Hernandez, O. Dembele and N. Mukiele with D. Pereira, F. Ruiz, F. Pereira, F. Pereira, and F. Ruiz. Pereira, F. Ruiz and A. Hakimi respectively. In the 84th minute, Marseille made two more substitutions, replacing L. Balerdi and J. Clauss with A. Meite and B. Nadir, but they could not influence the course of the match. In the 89th minute, when G. Ramos scored his second goal of the match, PSG had an additional reason to celebrate. Thus, PSG won a confident 4-0 victory, emphasising their superiority over their opponents. The match was not without incidents: both teams received yellow cards. In the 73rd minute, Marseille's S. Gigot received a yellow card, and in the 82nd minute, Marseille's J. Veretoux received a yellow card. In the 85th minute, Marseille's R. Lodi also received a yellow card. In general, PSG's game was dominant and showed attacking prowess. Marseille, on the contrary, could not provide serious resistance and eventually suffered a heavy defeat.
