Vatsko shows Lucha's comment on Rakitsky's sending off in Rukh match

Commentator Viktor Vatsko on the Vatsko on air programme showed a screenshot of a message from the chairman of the UAF Referees Committee Luciano Luci from the referees' chat regarding the sending off of Shakhtar defender Yaroslav Rakytskyi in the Ukrainian Premier League matchday 8 against Rukh (1-1).
