It's official. On Tymoshchuk's appeal against the UAF decision to CAS

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) is considering a case in which Anatoliy Tymoshchuk is appealing against a decision of the UAF football justice authorities. The Ukrainian Football Association is currently working on preparing its position in this case. The date of the CAS hearing on this issue will be set separately.

It will be recalled that the UAF SCC banned Anatoliy Tymoshchuk from carrying out any football-related activities (administrative, sports, etc.) for life (for behaviour that harms the reputation of football and the UAF); deprived Anatoliy Tymoshchuk of all titles of winner and silver medallist of the Ukrainian Championship, the Ukrainian Cup, the Super Cup of Ukraine; recommended the UAF Licensing Centre to take appropriate measures to revoke (deprive) Anatoliy Tymoshchuk's Pro-UEFA coaching licence and instructed the UAF Administration to apply to the state authorities to deprive Anatoliy Tymoshchuk of all state awards and honorary titles.

Anatoliy Tymoshchuk appealed this decision to the UAF Appeals Committee. The UAF AC dismissed Tymoshchuk's appeal in full, upholding the decision of the UAF CDC.
