Artem Frankov: "This is a good chance for Obolon to get even with Dynamo. But there is a question: does it really need it?"

Famous journalist Artem Frankov shared his prediction for today's match of 1/8 finals of the Ukrainian Cup Obolon vs Dynamo.

"Three of their home matches of the Ukrainian championship unyielding "Obolon" finished with the score 0:0 - with "Kolos", "Kryvbas" and "Veres". And only against Dynamo, as they call it, it settled down and stumbled, losing 2:4 with a rather dubious refereeing.

The Cup match is a good chance for the Obolonians to get even with their star offenders, but there is a legitimate question: do they really need it? "Dynamo" will claim to win the Cup, "Obolon" - no, wouldn't it be better for the home team not to exert themselves too much in order to save their strength for the fight for survival in the championship, which, pardon the pun, promises to be very difficult?!

Obviously, these are purely speculative conclusions and assumptions, while Oleksandr Slobodyan (Obolon president - editor's note) can easily set his team for this confrontation as a mortal combat. And here we have to guess, no more....

My bet: Dynamo's victory and the total number of goals in the match - less than three," said Frankov.
