Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville believes that Chelsea has a negative impact on the development of young players.
"I think it's something cultural. If you look at what's happening at Manchester United and Chelsea, you'll see a lot of similarities. They spoil players who were considered good players before the transfer. This has been happening at Chelsea for the last 12-18 months. It seems that this culture is being imposed from the top," Neville was quoted as saying by the Daily Mail.
