"It's very difficult to say anything..." - Oleksandr Zubkov on Shakhtar's 1-2 defeat to Vorskla

Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Oleksandr Zubkov commented on his side's 1-2 defeat to Vorskla Poltava in yesterday's match of the Ukrainian Premier League Round 9.

"To be honest, it's very difficult to say anything. I would have preferred not to score today, but the team won. We lost three very important points.

We need to improve in all aspects of the game, start more aggressively, and do a better job in defence. Overall, it was a tough match, as Vorskla were sitting very low and it was difficult for us to break down their defence.

If we take the last few matches, all our opponents played with five defenders or more. Therefore, we should probably do a better job of completing attacks in the positional game when the opponent has a low defensive unit," Zubkov said after the match against Vorskla.
