Adams scored his second goal of the match, sealing the victory for his team. Lorient's efforts went unrewarded as they failed to score, but they can take some positives from their active play. Montpellier's clinical finishing and solid defence were the deciding factors in this match. The match ended with a confident 3-0 win for Montpellier, and Lorient have only to regroup and reflect on their performance.
