- "When I was a kid, I was hit by a car when I was going to judo with my sister. I was in a coma for three or four days. When I came to, I asked the surgeon if I could play football again. He replied: "No!".

Because I didn't play at Barcelona, people said I had failed. But I learnt from my failure. I prefer my story to be like that, not a rosy one.

At Nice, I felt confidence and love. It was clear that I could prove myself here. I communicate a lot with Lilian Thuram. I respect him a lot," said Jean-Claude Thodibault.

It should be added that Todibo has been defending the Nice colours since the summer of 2021. During this time, he played 104 matches and scored 2 goals.
