Guardiola explains why he behaves too emotionally during matches

Manchester City head coach Josep Guardiola has admitted that he cannot react calmly when he is on the coaching bridge.

"When I played for Barcelona, I was the least physically developed player among the others, but I was probably one of the most frequently cautioned because I was always talking to the referees. Now the same thing happens to me as a coach. I speak up if I think something is unfair or if I don't like something. I have to control it.

It's impossible to get a yellow card on the stand, so I was so relaxed, just analysing what was happening. But being on the coaching bench, when you see something you don't like, you have to say so. I would like to not be given cards, I would like to control myself, I will try to do that, but I cannot assure you 100% that I will succeed," Mundo Deportivo quoted Guardiola as saying.
