Chelsea captain Reece James received a one-match ban after defeat by Aston Villa

Chelsea defender Rhys James has been banned for one match and fined £90,000 for "foul language" against a match official.

The English footballer was punished for a verbal altercation with a match official after Chelsea's 0-1 defeat to Aston Villa in the Premier League last month. Despite being injured, the Chelsea captain confronted the match official in the tunnel after the match and addressed her with abusive words.
