Former Manchester United defender Gary Neville has criticised Liverpool head coach Jurgen Klopp's demand to replay the Premier League match against Tottenham (1-2).
"I can't believe how Liverpool turned a victory into a defeat with their behaviour in this situation! They were mistreated and made a shocking mistake. This should have been put to rest!
With their statement, Liverpool escalated the situation, questioning the fairness of the decision and considering different options. And now we see that they want a replay! This is madness," Neville wrote on his Twitter page.
Klopp said that the English Championship match between Liverpool and Tottenham should be replayed because of the mistakenly cancelled goal by Luis Diaz.
