Ukraine's national team held its first full training session in Prague

The national team of Ukraine continues in Prague to prepare for the Euro 20204 qualifying match with the national team of Northern Macedonia, which will take place in this city next Saturday, October 14.

On Tuesday morning, defender Oleksandr Svatok and goalkeeper Dmytro Riznyk arrived at the Blue and Yellows camp, bringing the national team's squad to full strength. Now the national team has all 26 players called up for the current training camp.

So before lunch, the head coach of the blue and yellows Serhii Rebrov held the first theoretical session for the whole team. Now they can work as a team, so all players must receive and absorb information about the opponent and the tactical structure of the game against him.

A lot of fans come to the hotel where the Ukrainian national team lives every day. While on the first day it was three active boys from Kryvyi Rih, Poltava and Lviv who moved to Prague at the outbreak of war and are now training at local football academies, this time around 50 Ukrainians accompanied the Blue and Yellows to training.

In the evening, all 26 national teams arrived at the Strahov Stadium. This time, Denys Popov changed the place of his individual recovery exercises from the gym to the open space - he jogged around the perimeter of the field, after which he worked under the supervision of a rehabilitation specialist near the lawn.

The rest of the Blue and Yellows team warmed up and performed attacking drills. After that, the main part of the training session began, which today was full of game series with various tactical tasks. Like yesterday, the work on the field was intense as the Ukrainian national team entered the process of direct preparation for the match against Northern Macedonia.
