General Director of Polesya Volodymyr Zagursky commented on the situation with the absence of a press conference after the match with Dynamo in the Ukrainian championship.

"Already from Monday began to appear news that Mircea Lucescu could not attend the post-match press conference. First of all, holding press conferences after matches is not a requirement during martial law. But in general, we have not had a single match either in the first league, let alone in the Premier League, that coaches of all teams did not come to us for flash interviews. Probably, the head coach of Dynamo Kyiv was very upset that he didn't even come to the mandatory post-match flash interview," Zagursky said.

However, there are infrastructural problems at Zhytomyr City Stadium, but Polesie is actively working to solve them.

"There are a lot of bureaucratic hurdles, because the stadium is not the property of the club - it is the stadium of the regional community. But at the same time, the club carries out and is ready to further carry out huge capital investments and at its own expense, to work on further arrangement of lighting at the arena, to finish works related to the completion of the entire reconstruction of the stadium, including landscaping of the territory...", - said Zagursky.
