Mikael Silvestre: "Zinchenko is a key player for Arsenal"

Former Arsenal London defender Mikael Silvestre has spoken out about the role of Ukrainian midfielder Oleksandr Zinchenko in his former team.

"Zinchenko is very important for the current Arsenal, he is a key player of the team. This is largely because of his special role in the game of the "canoniers". Zinchenko nominally acts in the position of left-back, but very skilfully shifts into the midfield zone, and eventually can even act as a full striker.

Zinchenko, with his playmaking qualities and ability, is extremely valuable on the ball and is indeed a great asset for Arsenal, giving the team confidence among other things. He is a player who has had a positive impact on the current Arsenal both on and off the pitch," Silvestre said.
