"Both Onana and we know that he will start to play much better. Like any player who has moved to the Premier League, he needs time to adapt. Important goalkeepers for MU, Peter Schmeichel and David de Gea, also started poorly. It would be good for Andre to know a bit of the club's history.

Onana played in the semi-finals and final of the Champions League, he is a great player. I'm sure he'll show a good game and we'll get a lot of joyful emotions from his actions," the Manchester Evening News quoted the Red Devils coach as saying.

This season, Onana has played 10 matches for Manchester United, conceding 18 goals.
