The defender of Nikolaev "Vast" Yaroslav Kerbal told "Brutal football" about the circumstances of the disappearance of the club from the football map of Ukraine:

This "football figure" should be known to the entire football community. During this time we did not have a normal training process - there were no trainings at all for a month. We had no medical support, equipment, salaries - there was nothing.
There were 12 people left in the team and 4 games we played with 11 players without substitutions, not as this man says, that there are 16 people in the team and everything is fine. This is absurd. Guys played with injuries, some players with high fever, risking their health.
And during this time we have not received a single salary, not a single point prescribed in the contracts has been fulfilled. The guys did not violate the regime and discipline, did their best, played as best they could in these conditions, and to say now that we are to blame, as the manager says, is wrong. He is an employer who did not fulfil his direct duties to the club's employees, deceiving us every time that money and conditions will be there and everything will change.
But it didn't happen and there was no point in continuing all this, as I think. We have done the maximum in this situation, I believe that everything has to end, we are people, not slaves, we were employed officially and as employees we did our job.
There has been no action on the part of this manager to improve the situation at the club, only empty promises and deceit, there has been no feedback. Neither I will in no way give the right to this man to throw dirt on me and my guys, this is my position and this comment is one per cent of what was happening in the team. Everyone should know the truth, this is my personal position, I hope for your understanding and support. Thank you for your attention.
