The frustration of Poltava Vorskla was growing, and on 56 minutes Tiago Santana received a yellow card. Trying to turn the tide of the game, Poltava Vorskla made two substitutions in the 64th minute. V. Kornienko was replaced by Felipe Rodriguez, and Tiago Santana came on instead of D. Hrypchuk. Polesie also made a substitution: in the 67th minute Arielson came on in place of D. Shastal. In the 78th minute, when the game was getting out of control, Poltava "Vorskla" made the last substitution. I. Nesterenko came on instead of D. Chernysh, but it was too late. Disappointment in the Poltava team became obvious when R. Stepanyuk received a yellow card on 75 minutes, and on 90 minutes the red card was received by the player of Poltava "Vorskla" D. Hrypchuk, which aggravated the situation of his team. Polesie took advantage of the opponent's failure, and D. Shastal scored a goal in the last minute of the match. As a result Polesie won a convincing victory over Poltava "Vorskla" with the score 3:0. The match demonstrated the competitive nature of the Premier League: both teams fought hard for victory.
