Former Chelsea coach Graham Potter has a high chance of becoming the new head coach of Manchester United if British billionaire Jim Ratcliffe does acquire a 25% stake in the club and dismisses the current Red Devils coach Eric ten Hag, The Sun reports.

According to the source, Dave Brailsford, Ratcliffe's best friend and the sporting director of the fund that owns Nice, is a huge admirer of Potter's coaching talent and will therefore lobby for his candidacy for the Manchester United coaching position.
