Manchester United head coach Erik ten Hag has praised defender Harry Maguire's performance in the Premier League match against Sheffield United in the 9th round of the English Championship (2-1).
"I have to admit that Harry showed the kind of performance we want to see from him. He was very active without the ball, dominated the opposition, connected when necessary, read the game, but at the same time gave great passes. Yes, I am very pleased with his performance," The Guardian quoted ten Hag as saying.
In the last two rounds of the Premier League, ten Hag has been trusting a pair of centre-backs, Harry Maguire and Jonny Evans, to start.
