Dinamo Zagreb and Ukraine defender Bohdan Mykhailychenko has a new option to continue his career in Europe.
According toFootball 24, the Ukrainian is close to joining Belgian side Westerlo, where Serhiy Sydorchuk already plays.
In Zagreb, they no longer count on the Ukraine defender - he has been suspended from the first team. And if Dinamo Zagreb releases Bohdan for free, they are ready to provide him with shelter and practice until the end of the season. And provided that Westerlo doesn't get relegated, Mykhailychenko may be offered an extension.
It will be recalled that Mykhailychenko joined Dynamo Zagreb in July 2023 from Anderlecht as a free agent, signing a contract until 30 June 2024 with an option to extend for another 1 year. Bogdan played 15 matches for Dinamo Zagreb, scoring 2 assists.
