Barcelona's 17-year-old midfielder Marc Giu, who scored his debut goal in the match against Athletic, set several records.
According to journalist Alexis Martín-Tamayo, the 17-year-old striker scored 33 seconds after entering the field, which is the fastest debut goal in La Liga for a Barcelona player and the third in the league's history, regardless of club affiliation; Jorge Galán's record was 29 seconds in 2009.
He also became one of only eight players to score in his debut match in the Spanish Under-18 Championship.
