Former Arsenal forward Ian Wright expressed his opinion on the performance of defender Oleksandr Zinchenko this season.
"I think we have to admit that Tomiyasu is a player in the starting line-up. Zinchenko, without Dzhaka and what Granit did for us, is not the same player. He won't be able to fulfil his role without what Dzhaka gave the team and the way they interacted.
In the match against Chelsea, I was very surprised that Tomiyasu did not come on from the first minute. Sterling is in great form, and you need Tomiyasu to shut him down," Wright said in his podcast.
