As previously reported, yesterday Shakhtar Donetsk officially announced the appointment of Serbian specialist Marino Pusic as the team's new head coach, who previously served on the coaching staff of Dutch Feyenoord under the team's coach Arne Slot.
According to De Telegraaf, such a coaching transfer cost Shakhtar a "tidy sum". "Feyenoord initially refused to let Pusic go, but after the Donetsk side offered the Dutch a "one-off payment with six zeros", the deal took place. Thus, the signing of the Bosnian coach cost Shakhtar at least one million euros.
