The English Premier League has recommended that an independent commission punish Everton with 12 points for violating financial fair play rules.
According to The Telegraph, the Toffees have approximately tripled the Premier League's loss limit of £105 million over a three-year period. If Everton's guilt is proven, the club will face severe punishment.
The Commission will make the final decision on sanctions against Everton by the end of 2023.
