Eikrem put his team ahead again. The goal gave Moulde confidence and three minutes later the team increased their lead thanks to E. Breivik's strike in the 30th minute. In the 41st minute BK Hacken made the first substitution of the match: S. Gustafson came on in place of A. Romeo, trying to change his luck. Just before the break, Moulde player M.V. Eikrem received a yellow card, adding an element of caution to his game. With the start of the second half, BK Haken made a second substitution, releasing S. Sandberg in place of I. Abdulrazak, hoping to get back into the game.
In the 54th minute, the visitors thought they had found salvation when E. Chilufya scored a goal, but it was cancelled due to offside. Gustafson gave way to I. Brusberg. In the 89th minute Moulde also made a late substitution, replacing M. Ellingsen with E. Hestad. In the last minutes of the game, Moulde sealed the match with a 90th minute goal by M. Bjornbak, which sealed a confident 5-1 victory for the hosts. Overall, the match demonstrated Moulde's attacking prowess and ability to capitalise on their opportunities. BC Hacken, despite their best efforts, struggled to contain Moulde's attacking threats and failed to make any significant gains. This result will undoubtedly give Moulde confidence in their abilities in the UEFA Europa League.
