Shakhtar Donetsk head coach Marino Pusic told what he expects from his team's match against Dynamo Kyiv in the 13th round of the Ukrainian league, which will take place this Friday in the capital.
Marino Pušić- You have already made your debut at the helm of Shakhtar in the Champions League and the Ukrainian Cup. The next game is against Dynamo in the league. What does the confrontation with Lucescu mean for you?
- I have respect for each of the coaches. I think it will be a big game, but I can`t say that I feel something specific.
- You met Dynamo as a member of AZ coaching staff in 2020. What do you remember about the Kyiv team since then?
- I remember that it was a covid period match at a big stadium (NSC Olimpiyskiy, - ed.), where there were no fans. I remember that it was only one match. Time changes, everything changes: players and teams. Now, perhaps, we should not draw parallels.
- Have you already watched any Dynamo games?
- Each opponent requires a detailed study. I have watched a lot of matches and I am studying them, but I can't tell you anything.
