Famous Ukrainian journalist Artem Frankov has suffered a second stroke and is currently in intensive care. This is reported in his Telegram channel.

"Dear friends, it's time to tell about the situation with Artem Vadimovich. As you know, he is in hospital, in the intensive care unit. Second stroke.
