Ronaldinho tells what advice he gave Lionel Messi

Former Barcelona footballer Ronaldinho has spoken about Inter Miami forward Lionel Messi.

"Me, Deco and the whole Barcelona squad have been following Leo since the youth team. We used to get together to watch his games. Even then, we expected him to be the best.

Leo didn't need any advice. So the only advice I gave him was: "Play with fun and freedom. Just keep the ball in your feet, and the rest will come naturally.

It's really nice to see your friends realise their dreams. It really makes me happy," The Athletic quoted Ronaldinho as saying.
