Former Dynamo head coach Mircea Lucescu has said that his decision to resign came as a surprise to the Kyiv club's president Ihor Surkis.
"I have two days left in Ukraine to put everything in order. The president was angry with me for taking this decision without consulting him. But the fact is that if I had consulted him, he would have convinced me to stay," Lucescu said in a commentary for Digi Sport.
