Al-Ittifaq coach Gerrard: "We will explore the European market"

Al Ittifaq's head coach Steven Gerrard assured that in January the Saudi club will again raid European clubs in search of talent.

"I would like to assure our fans that we are going to explore Europe to find more opportunities. We also need to look for local players to improve our team to be more competitive," Goal quoted Gerrard as saying.

After 12 rounds of the Saudi Arabian league, Al Ittifaq is seventh in the standings with 21 points.
