In the city of Cotia, on the night of 7 November, attackers attempted to kidnap the girlfriend and newborn daughter of Brazilian striker Neymar of Saudi Arabia's Al Hilal, O Globo reports.
According to the source, at around three in the morning local time, the robbers broke into the house of the ex-PCG and Barcelona forward's girlfriend's mother. The attackers stole valuables, designer handbags and watches totalling about $120,000, and asked about the whereabouts of Neymar's girlfriend Bruna Biancardi and their newborn daughter. One of the criminals, a 19-year-old local resident, was later detained. Neymar and Biancardi reported on social media that they and their daughter were fine.
