Juan José Rojo Martin, known as Pacheta, has been fired as head coach of Villarreal, the club's press service reports.
The 55-year-old specialist took charge of the team on 9 September 2023. Under his leadership, the yellow submarine played 12 matches, winning 5 victories and 3 draws with 4 defeats.
The management made the final decision to dismiss him after the team's strong-willed victory in the Europa League match against Maccabi Haifa.
