I have 25 players on my pencil, playing in Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Italy and Lithuania. We can't watch them all physically in person. We only watch the clips, where we can't see much, which are sent to us by the scouting service.
We can personally review players only in Ukraine. If someone called us and said, look at such a player, we would review, but so there is simply no possibility. I can`t personally go to Germany and watch Krevsun.
- And now you will watch him?
- Of course we will. We had a tournament in South Korea, you have to get visas for that. We have not been going for a year and a half, that's why we had to watch mainly the guys from Ukraine, which we have on hand.
God willing we will have a successful performance in Malta, and we will try to call Krevsun to the elite round (Euro-2024 U-19 qualification - note).
We try to keep an eye on everyone who plays. Yes, maybe we missed Krevsun, but it's not our fault, because purely physically we don't have time to watch everyone.

- Only when Rebrov came to the main team, he appointed Melgosu responsible for all youth teams. In August Unai gathered all the coaches of youth national teams in Uzhgorod and assigned a scout to each team, who helps to watch the players.
But their opportunities are also limited. Scouts are young guys who cannot go abroad to watch players. So far the work of our scouts is focused on Ukraine. Our scouting work is just getting better. We have a lot of names on our pencil, we will keep an eye on them.
