However, Monza had other plans. In the 65th minute A. Colpani put the ball in the net, levelling the score and breathing new life into the game. The goal lifted the spirits of Monza players and their fans in the stands, and the match continued in a fierce struggle, with both teams looking for a winner. As the game progressed, the tension increased, which led to some thrilling moments. In the 67th minute Torino's G. Gineitis received a yellow card, and in the 69th minute Monza's G. Kyriakopoulos received a yellow card.
Both teams made strategic substitutions in an attempt to break the deadlock. In the 72nd minute, Torino replaced D. Zima with R. Rodriguez. Monza responded with two quick substitutions in the 81st minute, replacing A. Colpani with V. Carboni. Carboni. With only a few minutes left on the clock, both teams tried hard to get the win. Towards the end of the match the tension in the game increased. In the 89th minute Monza's V. Carboni received a yellow card, and in the 90th minute Torino's N. Radonjic received a yellow card. In an attempt to snatch victory Monza made another substitution in the 90th minute, replacing D. D'Ambrosio with P. Pereira. The final whistle sounded and the match ended in a 1-1 draw. Both teams put their best foot forward, but in the end neither of them could win three points. It was a hard fought game that showed the talent and determination of both Monza and Torino. The fans at the U-Power stadium witnessed an exciting football match, which will certainly be remembered for its tense moments and competitive spirit.
