Neymar faces trial over allegations made by woman who worked at his villa

The Brazilian striker of Al Hilal may get into trouble due to a lawsuit filed by a former employee who worked at his villa, RMC Sport reports.

According to a source, a 35-year-old woman who worked at Neymar's villa in Bujival, France, has filed a complaint about inadequate working conditions. The mother of four worked for the ex-PSG player for almost two years (from January 2021 to October 2022) without official employment. She is demanding 368 thousand euros from the footballer.

The Brazilian woman, who was paid exclusively in cash, reported "hellish working hours, non-payment of overtime, no paid holidays and no medical supervision". She was also forced to work while pregnant and was only given two weeks' leave before giving birth.

In June, she tried to reach a settlement with Neymar by sending him a registered letter, which went unanswered. According to Dei Crespo, one of the Al Hilal striker's representatives, the player was not even informed of the letter.
