The chairman of the UAF Arbitration Committee Luciano Luci will continue his work in Ukraine. This was reported by journalist Igor Semyon.
"Luciano Luci will be associated with Ukrainian football until at least June 2024. The UAF extended his contract despite the desire of some clubs to reform the judiciary. Luci himself personally expressed his interest in keeping his position and even stated that he now receives only half the salary he used to.
Actually, it is difficult to obtain accurate data on salaries, but even if Luchi's words about half are true, it is a considerable amount. Especially when he does not actually appear in Ukraine, does not make appointments, does not participate in the pre- or off-season training of judges, and effectively blocks the system of rewarding/punishing/evaluating arbitrators. It only holds online seminars several times a quarter.

Убийцы нашего футбола засели в Федерации, окопались и заняли круговую оборону. Выбить из можно, повидимому только грубо (коленом под зад) и только совместными усилиями. А раз это не происходит, значит владельцев клуба всё устраивает, что бы они там ни говорили на публику и как бы ни возмущались. Плывём дальше....
