The agency group officially responded to Veres' management

The FAMK Group agency group responded to the management of the Veres club, which had previously declared agents Maksym Karagodin and Mykyta Shvets persona non grata.

"Dear Mr Nadein!

Given your strange position and personal attacks, we believe it is right to convey the following information to you:

- Footballers are not hostages or slaves of football clubs. Serfdom was abolished more than 160 years ago, the turbulent 90s are over, so every citizen of our country, including professional footballers, has a real right to choose;

- No normal agent would act against the interests of their clients' development for some short-term benefit of a football club. For us, the prospects and terms of a player's contract are much more important than your desire to put something in your own pocket bypassing civilised procedures;

- No club has the right to force a player to accept terms that do not suit him;

- Our company refuses to participate in dubious schemes and accept strange financial terms of transfer agreements;

- The main principle of our company is to care about the development of our clients and protect their rights. If the interests of the player and the club diverge, civilised people resolve these issues through negotiations and compromises, not through public hysteria;

- If the public attack on our company continues, or if any violation of Dmytro Godi's rights and freedoms continues, all the details and details of this case will become known to the entire football community of Ukraine. And if you are a reasonable person, you should realise that it is your name and reputation that will be tarnished first. At the same time, we have nothing to hide - we acted within the law and protected the interests of our player.

FAMK Group would also like to advise all footballers, especially young players of Ukrainian clubs, to choose to work with agents and companies that respect the rights and freedoms of their clients, do not participate in dubious transactions and care about the development of footballers.

With all due respect to the local fans and the Rivne football community," reads a statement on the group's official Instagram page.
